Softball Recap: Sidney Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Sidney's offense. They came up short against the Fremont-Mills Knights on Friday, falling 21-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Cowboys in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost seven in a row.

Sidney's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Fremont-Mills, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Sidney will be playing in front of their home fans against Southwest Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Fremont-Mills has already played their next game (against Boyer Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
