Basketball Recap: St. Monica Academy Comes Up Short

St. Monica Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost to the Lancaster Baptist Eagles on the road by a 39-24 margin. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 38-12 back in November of 2024.

St. Monica Academy's record is now 4-12. As for Lancaster Baptist, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record this season.

St. Monica Academy will square off against Vasquez at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lancaster Baptist, they will take on The Palmdale Aerospace Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
