Baseball Recap: Linden Comes Up Short

After flying high against Highland Park on Friday, Linden came back down to earth. The Tigers lost 10-3 to the Hoboken Redwings on Saturday.

Jimmy Santa Maria made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Linden has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Hoboken, their win bumped their record up to 16-7.

Linden does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hoboken, they have already played their next game, a 4-3 defeat against Weehawken on the 18th.
