Baseball Recap: Fullington Academy Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Fullington Academy's offense. They came up short against the Valwood Valiants on Tuesday, falling 16-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Valiants this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in March.

Fullington Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season. As for Valwood, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-7.

Coming up, Fullington Academy will head out on the road to square off against Southland Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Valwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
