Soccer Recap: Alhambra Takes a Loss

Alhambra was the 2-1 winner over Acalanes when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Alhambra Bulldogs fell just short of the Acalanes Dons by a score of 2-1 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 395th, while the Dons are ranked 149th).

Alhambra now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Acalanes, they pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Alhambra nor Acalanes have any future games scheduled.
