Softball Recap: Morris Comes Up Short

Morris lost against Wilson-Henryetta back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 8-7.

Morris has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season. As for Wilson-Henryetta, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4.

Morris has already played their next match, a 6-5 win against Oilton on the 6th. Hopefully Wilson-Henryetta paid attention to the Eagles' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eagles on Monday.
