Soccer Game Preview: Edison vs. Lodi

The Edison Vikings will take on the Lodi Flames in a tournament on Saturday. Edison's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Edison came up short against Lincoln on Wednesday, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, Lodi sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Lathrop on Friday.

Sofia Watt and Annabella Lorenzi scored both of the Flames' goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Lodi now has a winning record of 3-2-2. As for Edison, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-2.
