Soccer Game Recap: Minarets vs. Caruthers

For the first time since back in November of 2023, the Minarets Mustangs were forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. They and Caruthers finished up their game with a 3-3 draw.

Minarets avoided a loss thanks to Gennie Munoz and Cecilie Pedersen, who posted all three of Minarets' goals. The pair have combined for a total of 25 so far this season.

Minarets' draw gives them a new season record of 6-9-3. Meanwhile, Caruthers' record is now 10-13-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Minarets will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Riverdale at 4:30 p.m. on February 8th. Minarets is facing Riverdale at the right time seeing as Riverdale is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Caruthers, they will head out on the road to face off against Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
