Soccer Recap: Bosque Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bosque can now relate to. They came up short against the Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins on Wednesday, falling 8-1. Bosque haven't had much luck with Santa Fe Prep recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Bosque's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9-1. As for Santa Fe Prep, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Bosque does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Santa Fe Prep, they will challenge Sandia Prep at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Santa Fe Prep's defense better be ready for this one: Sandia Prep have averaged an impressive 3.3 goals per game this season.
