Basketball Recap: Louis E. Dieruff Takes a Loss

Louis E. Dieruff lost against Parkland back in February of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Louis E. Dieruff Huskies took a 56-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Parkland Trojans. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 290th, while the Trojans are ranked 137th).

Louis E. Dieruff's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Parkland, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Louis E. Dieruff has already played their next contest (against East Stroudsburg North), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Parkland has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Cumberland Valley.
