Soccer Game Preview: Lemoore vs. Tulare Union

The Lemoore Tigers will challenge the Tulare Union The Tribe at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lemoore's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Lemoore fell victim to Hanford and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 4-0 to the Bullpups. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 954th, while the Bullpups are ranked 89th).

Meanwhile, Tulare Union entered their contest against Tulare Western on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Tulare Union fell 3-1 to Tulare Western.

Lemoore's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-3. As for Tulare Union, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-5-2.
