Softball Recap: Fairbury Jeffs vs. Malcolm Clippers
Fairbury extended their losing streak to six on Tuesday, dropping them down to 4-14. They lost 16-3 to the Malcolm Clippers. If the Jeffs were looking for revenge after losing 11-2 to the Clippers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Fairbury saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Wentz, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Looking ahead, Fairbury will host Seward at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Malcolm, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Platteview at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
