Softball Recap: Holyoke Dragons vs. Wray/Yuma Eagles

Holyoke extended their losing streak to 14 on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-20. They lost 13-2 to the Wray/Yuma Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 16-5 loss on Tuesday.

Holyoke saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sarah Schlachter, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

As for Wray/Yuma, they pushed their record up to 11-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

On Wray/Yuma's side, they got a massive performance out of Danyelle Davis, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of London King, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
