Soccer Recap: Mead Takes a Loss

Mead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Longmont Trojans, falling 5-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Mead of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Mead now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Longmont, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 7-3-2.

Mead wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-4 loss against Niwot on the 16th. As for Longmont, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Centaurus on the 16th.
