Softball Recap: Tupelo Comes Up Short

After flying high against Allen on Monday, Tupelo came back down to earth. The Tigers lost 9-3 to the Stratford Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Tupelo saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Everly Airington, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Tupelo's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Stratford, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Coming up, Tupelo will face off against Byng at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Stratford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
