Baseball Recap: Winder-Barrow Comes Up Short

Winder-Barrow was the 3-2 winner over Jackson County when they last played one another back in March of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldoggs fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 4-3 on Friday. The Bulldoggs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Winder-Barrow's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Jackson County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-5.

While Winder-Barrow had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Monday.
