Softball Recap: Schley County Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Schley County's offense. They lost 13-0 to the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors on Monday. The loss leaves the Wildcats still looking for their first win of the season.

Schley County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Schley County will host Taylor County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Crisp Academy at 6:00 p.m. on September 2.
