On Saturday, Legacy School of Sport Sciences faced iSchool of Lewisville in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Legacy School of Sport Sciences Titans came out on top against the iSchool of Lewisville Cougar by a score of 69-56. The victory was familiar territory for the Titans, who have now won nine games in a row.

ISchool of Lewisville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jackson Townsend, who posted 11 points. David Iweze was another key player, putting up eight points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.

Legacy School of Sport Sciences' win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 85.0 points over those games. As for iSchool of Lewisville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-4.

After both having extra time off, Legacy School of Sport Sciences and Winston Salem Christian National will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 5:55 p.m. on February 28th. Winston Salem Christian National knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 35 matches -- so hopefully Legacy School of Sport Sciences likes a good challenge. As for iSchool of Lewisville, they will be playing at home against Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
