Hayfield proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 29) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They slipped by the New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva Panthers 21-20.

When it comes to explaining why New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva lost, don't look at Ryan Schlaak. Despite the final result, he rushed for 123 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
