Softball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Strong Rock Christian's Sixth in Last Eight Outings

Strong Rock Christian got themselves on the board against St. Anne-Pacelli on Thursday, but St. Anne-Pacelli never followed suit. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Vikings.

Strong Rock Christian has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Strong Rock Christian will head out to face off against Westfield School at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, they will venture away from home to take on Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
