Soccer Recap: Brookstone Has No Trouble Against Jordan

Brookstone's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 5-1 margin over the Jordan Red Jackets. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Cougars considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

They hit Jordan with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sam Wylie (2), EJ Suragh (2), and Philip Johnson.

The win got Brookstone back to even at 1-1. As for Jordan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brookstone is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will face off against Calvary Christian at 7:30 p.m. on March 4th. Jordan will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Spencer at 7:00 p.m. on March 11th.
