Football Recap: Hamburg Hawks vs. Columbia Crimson Tide
Hamburg extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 2-8. They were beaten by the Columbia Crimson Tide 34-6. The Hawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Crimson Tide apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Kareem Nichols went supernova, rushing for 61 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two).
Hamburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Columbia, they will square off against Steelton-Highspire at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Crimson Tide will need to watch out since the Steamrollers have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.
