Legacy waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Huntington Park Spartans get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Given Legacy's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 228th, while Huntington Park are ranked 537th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Legacy hit Huntington Park with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mark Acosta, Noah Bustillo, and Andres Figueroa.

Legacy's win bumped their record up to 9-4-3. As for Huntington Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8-1 record this season.
