Baseball Recap: Bainbridge Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bainbridge can now relate to. They came up short against the Peach County Trojans on Thursday, falling 13-2. The loss continues a trend for the Bearcats in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost four in a row.

Bainbridge saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Benji Dollar, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Bainbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Peach County, the win (which was their 27th in a row) raised their record to 32-2.

As of now, neither Bainbridge nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
