Baseball Recap: Crawford County Comes Up Short

Crawford County and Charlton County squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Crawford County had to settle for second. They fell 10-7 to the Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-8 on Wednesday.

Crawford County's defeat dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Charlton County, they pushed their record up to 26-6 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

While Crawford County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Thursday.
