Basketball Recap: Valley Christian Takes a Loss

Valley Christian was the 46-28 winner over Laguna Hills when they last played one another back in December of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Valley Christian Defenders fell just short of the Laguna Hills Hawks by a score of 32-30 on Saturday. The Defenders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Valley Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Laguna Hills, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

Valley Christian will face off against Maranatha at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Laguna Hills, they will head out to challenge Costa Mesa at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
