Soccer Recap: Tulelake's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

After soaring to five goals the game before, Tulelake was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They fell just short of the Mt. Shasta Bears by a score of 2-1. Tulelake were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Mt. Shasta earlier this season, when they won 6-0.

Tulelake's goal came courtesy of Santiago Martinez, who's now up to 16 this season.

Tulelake's defeat ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5-1. As for Mt. Shasta, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Tulelake didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-3 victory against Weed on the 14th. As for Mt. Shasta, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Modoc on the 14th.
