Softball Recap: Fannin County Takes a Loss

Fannin County was the 7-6 winner over Christian Heritage when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Rebels fell just short of the Lions by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fannin County's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Christian Heritage, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-15 record.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fannin County is set to square off against their familiar foe Gordon Lee at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Christian Heritage will take on rival Gordon Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
