Volleyball Recap: Concord Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Concord was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the North Stanly Comets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spiders of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14, 25-12.

Lily Hermans paced Concord's offense, picking up six kills. Hermans got some help from Adeline Fulton and her nine assists.

Concord's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for North Stanly, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Concord has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against East Rowan on the 7th. As for North Stanly, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Albemarle on the 7th.
