South East won against Huntington Park last Wednesday with 54 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The South East Jaguars breezed by the Roosevelt Rough Riders to the tune of 54-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Jaguars have posted since December 9, 2024.

The win made it two in a row for South East and bumps their season record up to 7-9. As for Roosevelt, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the South East Jaguars face off against the Legacy Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Legacy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something South East surely won't give up without a fight. As for Roosevelt, they are taking a road trip to face off against South Gate at 4:00 p.m. on January 31st.
