Recap: Buckingham Charter Knights vs. Rio Vista Rams
The Buckingham Charter Knights were the 37-33 winner over the Rio Vista Rams when they last played one another back in November of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Buckingham Charter had to suffer through a rough 58-7 loss at the hands of Rio Vista. Buckingham Charter has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Rio Vista got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Samiah Holley out in front who dropped a triple-double on 19 points, 10 assists, and 11 steals. The match was Holley 's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Caleigh Bloesch , who scored 18 points along with 3 steals.
Buckingham Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rio Vista, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buckingham Charter's road trip will continue as they head out to face Vacaville Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th. As for Rio Vista, they will take on Winters at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
