Neumann Regional Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 69-19 win over Columbia Montour Vo-Tech on the road. Neumann Regional Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 21 points or more this season.
Shanniyah Tutler continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that she pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Lizzie Weller, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Northwest Area was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 35-29 to Muncy.
Neumann Regional Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Northwest Area, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5.
