Basketball Recap: Pacifica Comes Up Short

Pacifica was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 80-48 loss at the hands of the Buena Bulldogs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tritons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-47 back in January.

Pacifica's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Buena, they pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Pacifica has already played their next match, a 51-44 defeat against Dos Pueblos on the 1st. As for Buena, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 74-45 victory against San Marcos on the 1st.
