After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dinuba, Hanford was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tulare Union Tribe. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bullpups also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hanford was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-7, 25-12.

Hanford was led to victory by Miranda Kunz and Claire Welch. Kunz had 30 digs, while Welch had eight kills, five digs, and two blocks. That's the most kills Welch has posted over her last nine matchups. Shelby Haire was another key player, getting five kills, four blocks, and three digs.

Hanford is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season. As for Tulare Union, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-15.
