Le Mars won the last time they faced Lincoln and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs blew past the Lynx 11-3. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 11 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Le Mars pushed their record up to 26-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Lincoln, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-26 record this season.

Le Mars will head out to take on Sioux City North at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Sioux City East at 5:30 p.m. The Lynx are facing the Black Raiders at the right time seeing as the Black Raiders are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
