Softball Recap: Bridge Creek Has No Trouble Against Quinton

Bridge Creek owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Quinton Savages as they made off with a 7-0 win.

Camden Greenan was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Greenan was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

In other batting news, Jayden Chidester was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. Another player making a difference was Hailey Shinn, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Bridge Creek now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Quinton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Coming up, Bridge Creek will head out to take on Noble at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Quinton, they will square off against Stigler at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
