Notre Dame (SO) has gone 8-1 against Louisville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Louisville better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Notre Dame (SO) really get things going. Notre Dame (SO) put the hurt on Bishop Amat with a sharp 3-0 victory last Monday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won five matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Louisville's game last Saturday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Downey by a score of 1-0.

Notre Dame (SO)'s win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three games. As for Louisville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
