Fall Mountain won the last time they faced Mascoma and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Royals with a sharp 14-4 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by nine runs or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Fall Mountain and bumps their season record up to 11-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Mascoma, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Coming up, Fall Mountain will challenge Stevens at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mascoma, they will head out on the road to square off against Hillsboro-Deering at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
