South Mountain skates past Metro Tech with ease

Recap: South Mountain Jaguars vs. Metro Tech Knights
The South Mountain Jaguars scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Metro Tech 72-20 at home. That 52 points margin sets a new team best for South Mountain this season.
Bry'ann Wiley was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 30 points and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Julia Abdelsalam, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.
South Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Metro Tech, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.
South Mountain and McClintock will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. McClintock will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Metro Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sierra Linda at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sierra Linda is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
