Soccer Game Preview: Johns Creek vs. Walnut Grove

Johns Creek's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They beat Alpharetta by a goal, winning 1-0. The Gladiators haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Walnut Grove entered their tilt with Jefferson on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Dragons. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but the Warriors were the better team in the second half.

They hit Jefferson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Bryson Utes-Fouser, Aidan Bird, and Stefan Jackson.

Johns Creek's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Walnut Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
