St. Pius X has gone a perfect 10-0 against Grants recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sartans will challenge the Pirates at 5:00 p.m. St. Pius X will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

St. Pius X's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They blew past Lovington 3-0. The result was nothing new for St. Pius X, who have now won ten matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Lovington with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kenneth Calderon, Nico Reyes, and Mateo Certain.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Grants was not quite Kirtland Central's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Broncos. Grants have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Grants' loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for St. Pius X, their win bumped their record up to 12-1-3.

St. Pius X took their victory against Grants in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Sartans since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
