Soccer Recap: Willows Takes a Loss

Willows was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Las Plumas Thunderbirds. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Honkers it sure didn't stay that way.

Willows' defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-2. As for Las Plumas, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Willows didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-1 loss against Pierce on the 14th. Las Plumas has also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Orland on the 14th.
