Eagle has gone 8-1 against Borah recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Eagle has seven straight victories, Borah has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

If Eagle beats Borah with 34 points on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Mustangs blew past Kuna 34-8 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won five games by 21 points or more so far this season.

It was another big night for AUSTIN RAMSEY, who rushed for 75 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 122 yards and a pair of TDs. Another player making a difference was LANDON BULT, who picked up 74 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Meanwhile, Borah played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Mountain View 63-6. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Borah's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Eagle, their win bumped their record up to 7-0.

Eagle was able to grind out a solid victory over Borah when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 35-22. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
