Basketball Recap: Wilkes-Barre Wins Going Away Against Lackawanna Trail

There's no place like home for Wilkes-Barre, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Lackawanna Trail Lions 38-16 on Monday. That looming 38-16 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wolfpack yet this season.

Wilkes-Barre has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Lackawanna Trail, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Wilkes-Barre wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 59-18 loss against Hazleton Area on the 2nd. As for Lackawanna Trail, they will head out on the road to square off against Blue Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
