Football Game Preview: Park Rapids Panthers vs. Warroad Warriors + How To Watch

The Park Rapids Panthers will head out on the road to square off against the Warroad Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Warroad took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Park Rapids, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Park Rapids beat Roseau 20-14. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Carter Hirt looked great while leading his team to the win, rushing for 32 yards and two TDs, while also throwing for 141 yards and one touchdown. That's the most rushing touchdowns he has posted since back in October of 2024.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Park Rapids' defense and their four sacks. Jaden Davis refused to say out of the backfield, picking up 1.5 sacks all by himself.

Meanwhile, Warroad lost 34-8 to Thief River Falls on Friday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Warroad now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Park Rapids, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-3.

Park Rapids was able to grind out a solid win over Warroad when the teams last played back in September of 2024, winning 38-28. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
