Thayer Central extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Paige Tietjen. The Titans simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the H&H Bearcats 75-27 with plenty of help from Tietjen, who went 9-for-16 on her way to 20 points along with six boards and six steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Olivia Wiedel, who shot 60% from the field to rack up 14 points in addition to five assists and four steals. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 46.2% field goal percentage.

When it comes to explaining why H&H lost, don't look at Mia Hiebner. Despite the final result, she went 6-for-10 en route to 18 points.

Thayer Central's record now sits at 4-1. As for H&H, their record is now 0-6.

Thayer Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-19 win against Fairbury on the 20th. As for H&H, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-31 defeat against Cross County on the 20th.
