Soccer Recap: San Pasqual Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rancho Bernardo, San Pasqual was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Valley Center Jaguars 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Golden Eagles: when they faced off against the Jaguars on January 14th, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

San Pasqual's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4-1 and their overall record up to 5-11-3. As for Valley Center, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-4-1 record this season.

San Pasqual has already played their next game (against Fallbrook), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Valley Center will challenge Ramona at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
