Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tulelake). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 67-28 victory over the Dunsmuir Tigers. The win was familiar territory for the Honkers who have now won four matches in a row.

McKenna Fine was nothing short of spectacular: she went 12 for 20 en route to 26 points along with five boards and three steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. Na'Tali Idrogo was another key player, going 5 of 6 on her way to 11 points and five rebounds.

Tulelake smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.

Tulelake is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Dunsmuir, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tulelake will take on Butte Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Dunsmuir, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hayfork at 5:00 p.m.
