Softball Recap: Lutheran South Takes a Loss

Lutheran South was the 8-3 winner over Webster Groves when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Lancers came up short against the Statesmen on Friday, falling 10-1. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lutheran South's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9-1. As for Webster Groves, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-8.

Coming up, Lutheran South will be playing in front of their home fans against Lutheran at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Webster Groves, they will challenge Fox at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
