Beckman waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victor by a 66-40 margin over the Anaheim Colonists. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 24 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Anaheim still got an impressive performance from Melia Hinojos, who went 8 for 17 en route to 21 points. Another player making a difference was Melody Cortes, who posted seven points.

Beckman pushed their record up to 14-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Anaheim, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-9.

Beckman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 77-9 victory against Capistrano Valley on the 16th. As for Anaheim, they will venture away from home to face off against Estancia at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Anaheim is facing Estancia at the right time seeing as Estancia is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
